Non violent communication

It should actually be a subject in school. Equally important as mathematics or foreign languages, the ability to express one’s needs without attacking or blaming the other side is an essential tool.

Psychologist Marshall B. Rosenberg wrote a very practical book about this matter named “Non-violent communication”. A book that brings not only inspiration for couples counseling but also contains quite some practical advice for most individuals.

Here comes a handy article about the author and the basic principles of NVC: https://www.thesunmagazine.org/issues/326/beyond-good-and-evil
